Like the majority of the network partners, Bergues town council is facing the challenge of managing and gradually regenerating the area surrounding the town’s fortifications. The project to landscape and make the couronne St Winoc accessible to the public is both a local, regional and cross-border issue.

The pathway was officially opened on March 1st, 2014.
